The Blue Terrace Restaurant may be a new name for dining in Kalkan but there is a wealth of local restaurant experience behind it. If you are a long term visitor to Kalkan you will most likely recognise the hallmarks of quality in this restaurant that have evolved from Ibo’s 30 years in tourism in Kalkan. His own original restaurant “Ibo Terrace Restaurant”was on the corner above Vesilla & Brakountil 2012. If you are new to Kalkan you have a chance to experience the quality of that well respected restaurant in a new setting at Blue Terrace Restaurant. Ibo will offer a warm welcome and make sure you have an enjoyable time in his latest restaurant. The Blue Terrace Restaurant offers delicious Turkish and Mediterranean food in a relaxed terrace setting overlooking red tile roof tops to a wonderful view of Kalkan harbour and the bay with its distinctive Mouse and Snake Islands. The philosophy at Blue Terrace Restaurant is simple. The finest local ingredients are prepared imaginatively to create dishes which are essentially Turkish, but strongly influenced by the cuisine of the entire Mediterranean region. The use of local, cold-pressed virgin olive oil, vegetables grown in nearby villages without chemicals or any artificial fertilizers, free-range chicken, organic meat and the freshest fish bought daily from the harbour, guarantees tastes and textures which will surprise and delight you.
